The Nebraska Nurses Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 Nurses Day at the Legislature.

This year’s event will be a live, in-person program held on February 19 at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center located at 332 Centennial Mall South, one block north of the Nebraska State Capital, in Lincoln, Nebraska 68508.

Nurses Day at the Legislature offers participants the opportunity to explore how health policy is developed, discover ways nurses can influence change, and observe the legislative process in action. The day includes presentations from policy experts, panels featuring nursing and legislative leaders in the morning, and the chance to witness committee hearings and meet with advocacy leaders during the afternoon at the Capitol.

Nurses Day at the Legislature will provide an opportunity to network with nurses and nursing students from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. Exhibits are scheduled from 7:00 am to 11:30 am before attendees head to the Capitol in the afternoon. Attendees will have an opportunity to visit exhibits with time prior to the start of the program, breakfast, and a networking break. Exhibit space is extremely limited so register early to participate.

Who will be in Attendance?

Nebraska nursing students and RNs throughout the state are invited to participate at this year’s event, giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational levels.

Display Fees

Corporate Exhibitor – $500.00
Entrepreneur/Retail Sales Exhibitor* - $150.00 (plus product donations)
*Retail Sales exhibitors must register by completing the application form below & emailing it to NNA/VTLS Office

Exhibitor display fees include (1) table-top display, chair(s), and one breakfast ticket

The deadline to register is January 25, 2026. Exhibit space is limited, so please notify us of your intent to exhibit as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Nebraska Nurses Association/VTL Solutions office in writing of the cancellation before January 25, 2026. No refunds will be made after January 25, 2026.
