REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is required for participation in the event. Early-bird registration closes September 1, 2023 at 12:00 pm CST.
Individuals are allowed to register after September 1st (early bird deadline), but registration fees increase by $25.00.
No registrations are accepted after September 25, 2023.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot attend and notify the Nebraska Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before September 1, 2023. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2023.

40 Under 40 Awards
The Nebraska Nurses Association and the Nebraska Organization of Nursing Leadership will recognize 40 emerging nurse leaders who are under 40 years of age from across the state of Nebraska by awarding the 40 Under 40 awards during the 2023 NNA Annual Convention in Lincoln on October 6 and 7, 2023. Awardees will be honored during the breakfast on October 7.

Nomination Deadline: August 25, 2023
Awardees will be required to register and cover registration fees for the NNA Annual Convention in Lincoln on October 6 and 7, 2023 and are responsible for their own hotel, travel and related expenses. Guest tickets will be available to purchase during the registration process for family and friends to join the awardee for the Awards Breakfast on Saturday, October 7.
EXHIBITORS
The Nebraska Nurses Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2023 Annual Convention - Developing Nurse Leaders Across the Healthcare Continuum.
The Annual Convention will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurses from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. On behalf of Nebraska Nurses, we appreciate your consideration and would be honored to receive your support through participation as a vendor!
Exhibits will be held on October 6. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, consisting of a special time prior to the start of the program, networking breaks, and around the luncheon.
Who will be in Attendance?
Nebraska RNs throughout the state and Nurse Executives in diverse leadership positions are invited to participate in this year's event, giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational levels. Special invitations are being extended this year to student nurses from all Nebraska schools of nursing. We hope you will choose to support our event!
Display Fees
Exhibitor display fees include one, eight-foot clothed and skirted table, chair(s) and one lunch ticket
Two Ways to Register:
The deadline to register is September 1, 2023. Exhibit space is limited, so please notify us of your intent to exhibit as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.
Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Nebraska Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before September 1, 2023. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2023.
HOTEL
Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Nebraska Nurses Association at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel for October 5 and 6 at a rate of $139.00 plus taxes.
Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 402-474-7474 identifying yourself with the Nebraska Nurses Association, or clicking here to make your room reservation online. Reservations must be made on or before September 14, 2023.
Following the deadline, reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly, if sleeping rooms are available. Please know the daily rate will increase, possibly significantly.
DISCLOSURES
Successful Completion – Participants must pre-register, check-in on both days, participate in a minimum of three educational sessions, submit a verification of attendance form noting the sessions attended, and complete the online evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.
Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive up to 7.0 contact hours.
Relevant Financial Relationships – No relevant financial relationships were identified for any member of the planning committee or any presenter/author of program content.
ACCREDITATION
Participants meeting the successful completion requirements can receive a maximum of 7.0 contact hours.
The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
