The Nebraska Nurses Association (NNA) would like to invite you to sponsor our 2026 Annual Convention, 120 Years of Nursing Excellence: Honoring Our Legacy, Shaping the Future!

This year’s event is scheduled for October 1-2 at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, Nebraska. The NNA Annual Convention is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nurses, healthcare leaders, educators and emerging professionals from across the state who are shaping healthcare in Nebraska.

OPTIONS

• Exhibitor - $750 per table/space | $500 for Nonprofit

Exhibits will be held on October 1 at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, Nebraska. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the event, including time during breakfast and lunch, as well as networking breaks on October 1.

Exhibitor display fees include one, 8ft tabletop display, 2 chair(s), electricity at booth space, internet access and admission to the breakfast and lunch on Thursday, October 1 for up to two (2) company representatives.

• Sponsor – a variety of options from $120 to $6,500

Sponsorship opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Some opportunities are not available to companies/organizations whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. REGISTRATION 

To secure your company's participation in the convention, please complete the registration form below and submit your completed form, along with a high-resolution image (.jpg/.png format) of your company logo to Kathleen from the NNA Office at kat@vtls.org for processing.

Registration Deadline: September 1, 2026

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $200.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors/sponsors who cannot participate and notify the Nebraska Nurses Association/VTL Solutions in writing of the cancellation before September 1, 2026. As of September 1, 2026, materials are in production and no refunds will be made. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
